Jade Tools Ltd. does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by emailing us, by using our online survey form, by registering on the user forums or by subscribing to the newsletter). Any information which you provide in this way is not and will not be made available to any third party, and is solely used by Jade Tools Ltd. for the purpose you intended.

Jade Tools Ltd. uses an external company to process online payments. This secure service is provided by Share-it!, a subsidiary of Digital River. The order pages for our products are hosted on the Share-it.com secure servers. Your credit card information is processed by Share-it.com and is never revealed to us. All other information you enter on the order form is transmitted to us. We store the information we receive electronically and use it for managing licenses and support.

Collection and use of technical information

You may choose to use cookies on the User Forum in order to avoid having to log in with your username and password. This option can be enabled/disabled at any time by editing your profile on the Forum.

If you have cookies 'switched on' they will be used during the ordering process to make it easier for you to fill in the order form.
