New in Jade Property Suite 5.2
This update to Jade 5 includes a new expiry date field, new custom fields and matching the number of bedrooms to an enquiry.
New
Expiry Date Field
If your listing contract has an expiry date, you can now enter this on the main tab of the property record.
In the Grid, properties can be sorted, grouped and filtered by Expiry Date.
Custom grid filters can find properties that are due to expire today, this week, this month etc.
Automatic Matching on Number of Bedrooms
In an Enquiry, the customer's preferred number of bedrooms can now be be recorded and used to match listings.
As with other buyer preferences, this option can be ignored if it is not not relevant.
Four New Custom Fields
Two number fields (Custom Number 1, Custom Number 2) and two date fields (Custom Date 1, Custom Date 2) have been added to the Custom Tab.
Numbers and dates can be typed or selected with the mouse.
To rename the custom fields, select Environment Options from the Tools menu.
Other Changes
- The Enquiry Details report has been updated to included the new matching preferences.
- Many of the Properties templates have been updated.
- The Property Fact Sheet has been redesigned and a US Letter version has been included.
