New in Jade Property Suite 4.7
This update includes enhancements to Web Publishing, Properties and the Companies window. Under the hood, countless improvements have been implemented.
Web Search
Search web listings by Status
Your website visitors can now search for real estate listings that are 'For
Sale', 'To Rent' etc.
Simply select 'status' on the Search tab of your web design and adjust the
filter to include any status you want.
Dynamic Search Form Menus
Jade now generates the search form menus based on the properties you
have available.
For example, if there are no properties in a particular location, your
website visitors will not see this location on the search form.
Web Categories
New web categories files have been added to give you different starting
points for your own custom directory of listings.
- "Simple.jca": Splits web listings by markets.
- "Multi Level - For Sale To Rent.jca": Splits web listings by market and status.
- "Multi Level - Prices.jca": Splits web listings by market
and price range.
Web Design
- New "No image available" images added.
- Navigation buttons that are no longer needed are now removed from the Web Design file
- For web designs created in older Jade versions, the Search form template is now automatically upgraded to include the new status field tag.
Web Publishing
- The folder for publishing is now automatically set to the output folder selected in Web Publish Options.
Properties
- The red status flag on the main thumbnail has been re-instated.
- New environment options have been added to allow each user decide what properties should be flagged.
- The thumbnail on the Main tab now scales up if the user has selected a higher Windows DPI.
- The thumbnail on the Images tab now scales up if the user has selected
a higher Windows DPI.
Companies
The Companies grid now has columns and row lines like the Contacts grid.
Other
- Numerous improvements and fixes to make the software more robust.
- New Help Topics and revised manual.
