New in Jade Property Suite 4.6
This new release allows you to make decisions about many aspects of Jade's automation that were previously inaccessible. With more customization possiblities and faster performance, Jade 4.6 also includes some much-requested additions to the search panel and property events.
Data Loaded Filters - New Feature
The
'Display menu' has been replaced with an editable 'Data loaded' menu. When
you select an option in the 'Data loaded' menu, Jade 'fetches' that set
of records.
So, instead of loading the entire database, you can load a specific set of records. This allows Jade to work much faster over a network or with a very large database.
- Add filters to the Data loaded menu (see Administration menu).
- All users sharing the database will be able to use the filters you have defined.
- The last filter selected on a user's computer before closing, will be used the next time the user launches Jade.
Web Search
- A new 'Search' filter in the Web Design Editor lets you define what properties should be included in web search results.
- The search itself is much more robust and unusual characters that you may have included in the search menus can now be handled.
Properties
- Large increment buttons have been added to minimum and maximum price on the search panel.
- Minimum Bedrooms and Maximum Bedrooms have been added to the search panel.
- It is now possible to create an event for an 'Open House'.
- Start and End Times and Dates have been added for each event. In previous versions, only the start date/time was available.)
- Each event now has an additional 'Subject' field
Master Records
- You can now change the Status fields freely. In previous versions certain status fields were required and could not be deleted.
- When you add a new item to a master list, Jade now checks to see if that item already exists.
Enquiries
- Enquiries Matching Filter is now editable. When Jade matches Enquiries
to Properties, it first filters out any properties that should never be
included. You can now decide what properties should be blocked, by editing
the Enquiries matching filter.
(Administration > Enquiries Options > Enquiries matching tab) - It is now possible to remove properties from all Hotlists based on their status. (See Enquiries Hotlist Remove > Remove on Status...)
Print Templates
- The Agency, Branch and Negotiator Portfolio reports have been improved. These can now be printed for the properties displayed in the Grid.
Other
- Numerous tweaks and fixes.
- New Help Topics and revised manual.
