What's New in Jade Property Suite 4.0
Jade Property Suite 4.0 is a major upgrade and has numerous features that will save you even more time and effort. Here are the highlights:
Enhanced Performance on a network
Jade Property Suite 4.0 has been optimized to run significantly faster
over a network.
New - Export properties and contacts
You can now export your properties or your contacts data easily. The data
displayed in the grid can be exported to a spreadsheet, text file or HTML
page.
Change the grid layout with a few clicks
Both the Properties and the Contacts grid have a new feature that lets you show and hide columns by selecting checkboxes. As the export is based on how you have set up the grid, you have a simple way of deciding what fields are exported and in what order.
Save and re-use frequently used search filters
A very powerful tool that can be used by the novice and the expert alike, the new filter builder lets you build and save searches. So, if there is a particular search you always perform, all you have to do is open your saved search filter.
Make a copy of a property
Now, when you create a new property record, you can choose between creating
a blank record or a making a copy of an existing property (a big time saver
if the property you want to create is very similar to one you already have
in the database).
Search and match by floor area and plot area
The Floor Area and Plot Area can now be stored as numbers and units as well as text. So, you can still have a text description for your customers (e.g. "1400 Sg Ft approx") but you can also search and match on numeric measurements.
Automatic conversion of measurement units
- You can instantly convert meters to feet or acres to hectares by simply changing the unit.
- When searching, unit conversion is automatic.
- You can use floor area and plot area for matching properties to customers.
- Powerful controls let you set the floor area and plot area without typing.
Database backup options improved
When making a backup, you can now opt to include your web design and web categories file.
