New Fields

Choose how you want to address a person in letters and e-mails. Dear Tom,
Dear Mr Brown, Dear Mr Alvarez Suarez etc.
Contact Photos
You can now store photos of people in your Contacts database.
Negotiator
The agent handling a property can now be recorded. See the Negotiator field
on the Main Tab of the Property record.
New and Improved Flyer Templates
There are now three flyer template styles to choose from: Basic, Compact
and Elegant.
The photo of the agent handling the property is now pulled directly from
the database.
New Reports and Documents
A summary of the income generated by each agent. (Sales by Negotiator Report)
A brief letter to the potential seller confirming the amount of your valuation.
(Valuation Letter)
A covering letter and report to the seller outlining all Showings, Offers
and Closing Events to date. (Report for Vendor)
Enhanced functions
The Match button underneath the Property now finds and displays matching
customer enquiries.
The Hide button now includes an UnHide option.

New Master Records
The menu lists for Property Types, Room Types and Closing Events are now very comprehensive to help you get your system customized quickly. Especially useful for real estate agents in the United States.
Revised Terminology
Jade Property Suite is now being used all over the world and some labels have been adapted to reflect this.
