What Is a Property Record?

Everything to do with a particular real estate property is stored in a single record. The record is tabbed to divide the data into manageable sections.

 

Underneath the record there are icons for operations that can be performed on a single property record. Operations that can be carried out on multiple records are accessed elsewhere in the Main Window.

 

The information stored in the properties database can be used in printed materials such as brochures, flyers, reports, letters and invoices as well as in web pages and emails.
