If you get an error message saying that the ConnectedUsers table is corrupt (or its header is corrupt), something has happened on your computer system to damage this file.
To fix corruption of the connected users data:
| 1. | Make sure you know where the database is located. You can find this via Administration > Database > Jade Data Location. |
| 2. | Close down Jade on all computers. |
| 3. | Go to the Data folder (via Windows Explorer) and delete all files called ConnectedUsers.* e.g.ConnectedUsers.idx and ConnectedUsers.dat (Tip: View the folder contents as a list so that you can read the filenames.) |
The next time you launch Jade, new versions of these files will be created.
