Set Preferences for a Print Template

When you highlight a Print template, its default settings are displayed on the right hand panel of the Print Templates Manager window. The default Print range for each template can be set to reflect the way you generally tend to print a particular document.

For example:

•	If you usually print flyers for a set of properties, you can set the default Print range to 'Displayed Properties'.

•	If, on the other hand, you normally print flyers one by one, set the default Print range to 'Selected Property'.

Note: Some templates are designed to print multiple records on the same page and should be set to 'Displayed Properties'. For example, the property 'Listings' templates show a set of properties on each page. In this case, It would not make sense to set the print range to the selected property.

Additional settings for property templates:

•	Set up the Property Print button to print a particular template when you click the button.

•	Select the templates that you want listed in the Print button menu.
