From the Main Toolbar, select Tools menu > Environment Options.
Search Tab:
| • | Set the minimum and maximum price that should be used in the Search Panel. |
| • | Set the minimum and maximum number of bedrooms that should be used in the Search Panel. |
The Confirmations tab:
| • | Choose whether or not you want to be asked to confirm your decisions before adding a property to an enquiry's Hotlist or to a Selection. |
The Main Image Tab:
| • | Control when the status should be written across the image on the Main tab. This helps you to recognize an active property instantly. |
| • | By default, For Sale and To Rent are not selected. In other words, 'active' properties do not have anything written over the thumbnail. |
| • | If you wish, you can reverse the logic by selecting the active statuses and de-selecting all others. |
| • | You can also remove this feature entirely by de-selecting all statuses. |
