Find Contacts

There are several ways to find specific contacts.

•	By typing a name.

•	By using the contacts search panel.

•	By using the display menu.

•	By using the powerful features of the contacts grid.

To find all contacts who work in a particular company:

•	In the Main Window, select Contacts.

•	Select the Search icon from the Contacts toolbar.

•	Enter the Company Name.

•	Click the Search button

•	In the Main Window, select Companies.

•	Highlight the company.

•	Select Contacts (on the companies shortcut bar). A message pops up asking if you want to see all contacts for this company.

•	Select OK.
