Customizing Enquiries

How you respond to enquiries can be customized by selecting Enquiries Options from the Administration menu.

 

The Enquiries options window has 4 tabs:

 

The Matching Filter tab

•Edit the default filter that eliminates properties from matching

 

The Postal Mail Response tab

•The letter for responding by postal mail

 

The Email Response tab

•Change the default settings for responding by email

 

The Email Messages tab

•The default email messages
