Customize the Contacts Grid |

The contacts grid should be customized so that the fields you normally search on are visible.
Different layouts can also be saved. For example, if you frequently export Contacts to Excel or a Text file, it would be a good idea to save a grid layout for this task.
First, open the Contacts Manager.
To add or remove columns from the grid:
| • | Select the grid icon on the top left corner of the grid. |
| • | Select the columns you want to show, deselect the columns you want to hide. |
To change the order of columns:
| • | Drag a column header and drop it to another position on the grid. |
To save a grid layout:
| • | From the Tools menu, select Customize Grid > Save Layout to File. |
To load a saved grid layout:
| • | From the Tools menu, select Customize Grid > Load Layout from File |
| • | Browse for a layout you saved previously. |
To revert to the default grid layout:
From the Tools menu, Select Customize Grid > Reset Layout
