Customize the Enquiries Grids |

In the Enquiries Manager, there are two grids that can be customized: The grid that displays the list of enquiries and the grid that displays the hotlist of properties.
First, open Enquiries.
To add or remove columns from a grid:
| • | Select the grid icon on the top left corner of the grid. |
| • | Select the columns you want to show, deselect the columns you want to hide. |
To change the order of columns:
| • | Drag a column header and drop it to another position on the grid. |
To save a grid layout:
| • | From the Tools menu, select Enquiries Grid > Save Layout to File or Hotlist Grid > Save Layout to File. |
To load a saved grid layout:
| • | From the Tools menu, select Enquiries Grid > Load Layout from File or Hotlist Grid > Load Layout from File. |
| • | Browse for a layout you saved previously. |
To revert to the default grid layout:
From the Tools menu, Select Enquiries Grid > Reset Layout... or Hotlist Grid > Reset Layout...
Notes:
Enquiries Grid Layouts have the filename extension: *.jegrid
Hotlist Grid Layouts have the filename extension: *.jhgrid
