The default settings for responding to an enquiry by email can be changed.
Here you can choose:
| • | To send plain text emails or emails with attachments. |
| • | The listings template for the attachment. |
| • | The quality of the PDF attachment. |
To change the Enquiry Email Response settings:
| • | From the Administration menu, select Enquiries Options. |
| • | Open the Email Response tab. |
| • | Set the default method of responding by email (text only or text with PDF attachment). By default, email with a PDF attachment is automatically selected and the Listings 3 X 3 (A4 Paper) template is used for the PDF attachment. |
| • | If you want to choose a different listings template for the matched properties (e.g. a US letter size template or a different layout), browse and select the template you want. (Choose from the Properties > Promotion > Listings folder). |
| • | If you want the PDF attachment to have a smaller file size, lower the PDF quality. The normal default quality is 'Medium'. This can be decreased or increased. The higher the quality, the bigger the email attachment. Try to keep the file size as small as possible. Your customers may not welcome emails with very large attachments. |
